FARIBAULT, MINN. - Shattuck-St. Mary’s goalkeeper JT Harms ‘20 has been selected for the U.S. Soccer Under-15 Boys’ National Team roster for the upcoming 2017 CONCACAF U-15 Championship.
The tournament, which will take place August 13-19 in Bradenton, Florida, will feature 40 teams from the CONCACAF region. Scheduled games for the U.S. include contests against Canada, Trinidad & Tobago, and Costa Rica.
“We are really excited for JT. He worked extremely hard and had a great finish to the year after an injury during the winter. He raised his game every time he played up with our older groups as well. He's going to be exposed to a really high level of competition, and we hope he can bring back some of that experience and raise the level of training here with our group,” said goalkeeper coach Alex Kuehl.
