Rem Pitlick Makes Debut with Nashville Predators

ST. PAUL, MINN. - On Monday night, just a short week after playing in the B1G Tournament with the University of Minnesota, former Shattuck-St. Mary’s hockey player Rem Pitlick transitioned from the maroon and gold to the blue and gold as he made his debut with the Nashville Predators.

Pitlick, a native of Plymouth, Minn., signed a two-year, entry-level contract with the Predators on Friday, the same team that had drafted him in the third round of the 2016 NHL Draft. Though forgoing his senior season with the Gophers, Pitlick is eager about the new opportunity.

"I made the choice to go forth with it, and now I'm both feet in and I'm just really excited to be here,” Pitlick told NashvillePredators.com.
